As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you’ll work together as a retail team to maintain our high standards day and night. From taking responsibility for the cleanliness of the store to ensuring it’s well stocked for our customers, you’ll support families by keeping the shop in top condition and helping to launch promotions. Your hard work is rewarded with extra pay for bank holidays (extra £2.00 per hour) and night shifts (extra £3.50 per hour).

What you'll do:

  • Precisely unpack deliveries during the week and weekends.
  • Keep all access areas clear for delivery drivers.
  • Maintain a clean store on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
