- What you’ll do
- Motivate and train your team to keep our standards high and our products moving
- Support your Shift Leaders and Department Managers, helping them to recruit, train and develop their teams
- Check all stock as it arrives and proactively chasing up errors with our suppliers
- Coordinate stock-takes to protect our inventory, checking the results and taking necessary action
- Keep our merchandising plan and slot labels up to date
- Make sure that we stay on top of Health and Safety regulations
- What you’ll need
- Supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment
- A confident leadership style with a passion for training and developing a great team
- A calm, analytical approach and a real eye for detail
- Strong multitasking skills to keep calm under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
- Self-motivation, positivity and a focus on smashing targets
- A confident and open communication style that helps get your message across to anyone
- A full UK driving licence
