Lidl GB is seeking a Department Manager for our RDC in the United Kingdom. You will lead a fantastic team of Shift Leaders, drive productivity, manage daily operations, and ensure deadlines are met while supporting your Team Manager with merchandising and inventory.
This role offers a 45-hour week on a 5-from-7 rota, plus a generous holiday allowance. The salary ranges from £43,000 to £56,000 per year, with 30–35 days holiday pro rata, a pension scheme, and a 10% in-store discount.
