Lidl GB is seeking a Shift Leader for our Exeter warehouse. You’ll line manage and develop a team, lead shifts, work with other Shift Leaders, support the Department Manager, and drive efficient operations.
We offer a competitive salary (£30,000-£37,000 per annum), 40 hours/week, night shift, and a generous benefits package including 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, pension, and ongoing training.
