About the role:
As a Deputy Store Manager, you'll be calm, collected, and proactive on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock, inspiring colleagues, and stepping into the Store Manager's role when needed. You'll help create a positive environment where your team can excel and support your store's success.
What you'll do:
- Set a great example for your team and customers
- Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager
- Lead and motivate your team following our Leadership & Company Principles
- Oversee deliveries, manage tills, and monitor KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
