What you'll do

  • Act as the Proshop Key User, troubleshooting system issues, collaborating closely with the International (INT) team and delivering regular training to both new and existing users.
  • Manage backoffice maintenance, process weekly P2P workflows and handle critical article updates.
  • Track and report on stock‑on‑hand for all inventory‑maintained items, generating regular reports on orders, deliveries and item‑related topics.
  • Manage postage and courier services, including invoicing and reporting for franking machines and key courier vendors.
  • Present area updates and projects to Management when required.
  • Help handle additional invoices within the Team.
  • Provide support to the wider team throughout the year.

What you'll need

  • Self‑starter, ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience as a system (Key) User (experience with Proshop / P2P systems is highly advantageous).
  • Strong capability in article maintenance, inventory tracking and managing complex data parameters across international and national frameworks.
  • Comfortable handling structured reporting schedules (weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly) and analysing inventory metrics like stock‑on‑hand and volume trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver user training, collaborate with international teams and gather cross‑functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Experience managing invoicing, vendor workflows and financial summaries under tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace with focus on Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides.
  • Driving licence desirable, but not essential.
