What you'll do
- Regularly visit your stores to ensure efficient operation, productivity and compliance.
- Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, development and performance improvement.
- Empower teams to achieve KPIs and maintain high standards.
- Create a positive environment that supports staff performance across shifts.
What you'll need
- Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results.
- Ability to interpret complex reports, establish next steps and monitor new initiatives.
- Drive to learn and stay current with evolving business aspects.
- Effective communication skills for supporting teams during new launches, concepts and processes.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
