£66,000 - £94,000 per annum | 35 days holiday (pro rata) | Full & Part Time Opportunities | Ongoing training | 10% in-store discount

What you'll do

  • Regularly visit your stores to ensure efficient operation, productivity and compliance.
  • Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, development and performance improvement.
  • Empower teams to achieve KPIs and maintain high standards.
  • Create a positive environment that supports staff performance across shifts.

What you'll need

  • Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results.
  • Ability to interpret complex reports, establish next steps and monitor new initiatives.
  • Drive to learn and stay current with evolving business aspects.
  • Effective communication skills for supporting teams during new launches, concepts and processes.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
