Welcome to the role of Lidl Area Manager: you’ll learn the business from the inside out before leading up to five stores, supporting your Store Managers to hit KPIs and deliver their best work.

What you’ll do:

  • Regularly visit your stores to ensure operations run efficiently, productively and in compliance.
  • Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training & developing their teams and improving store performance.
  • Empower teams to achieve KPIs and uphold high standards.
  • Create an environment where teams perform at their best in accordance with Leadership & Company Principles.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to outstanding results.
  • Ability to interpret complex reports, set actionable next steps and monitor the effectiveness of new initiatives.
  • Drive to learn and stay current with business changes.
  • Effective communication skills to support teams with launches, concepts & processes.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
