Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Basildon to lead the team on the shop floor and behind the scenes, managing cash, stock and customer service. You’ll step in during the Store Manager’s absence to keep operations running smoothly.
Salary £38,000-£46,000 per annum, 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme, plus ongoing training and clear progression opportunities within a supportive, dynamic team.
