As an Area Manager, you will develop the skills necessary to lead from the inside out, progressing from customer support to store leadership and ultimately managing multiple stores, guiding Store Managers, and driving performance across your network.
What you'll do
- Regularly visit your stores to ensure operations run smoothly, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
- Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, developing their teams, and improving store performance.
- Empower teams to achieve KPIs and uphold high standards.
- Create an environment that supports your teams’ best work shift after shift, aligned with our Leadership & Company Values.
What you'll need
- Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results.
- Ability to understand complex reports, define next steps, and oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives.
- Drive to learn and stay current with the ever‑changing aspects of our business.
