This is a Fixed Term Contract for 8 months and will require you to travel to different stores and warehouses across Wednesbury, Peterborough and Luton regions. As a Remerchandising Equipment Operative at Lidl, you’ll play a crucial role as part of our Regional Remerch team rolling out Lidl GB’s newest Merchandising concept throughout stores across your region. From refurbishing stores to setting up new ones to assembling merchandising equipment, this is the ideal role for a creative, detail-oriented person who wants to stand out from the crowd.

Please be aware, should this Temporary Assignment have the potential to go permanent, the colleague on the Temporary Assignment will have first-refusal of the role (provided measures have been met).
What you’ll do:
- Reporting regularly and liaising with the Regional Remerch Manager
- Confidently co-ordinating the ‘New Merchandising Concepts’
- Installing equipment against planograms and store visions
- Reliably working to strict deadlines, and rigid timescales
- Ably assisting and working alongside appointed contractors
- Ensuring company procedures, including health and safety are followed by everyone
