A Deputy Store Manager at Lidl will be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you will play a huge part in creating a place where you and your whole team can do your best work. You will also enjoy great responsibility while the Store Manager is absent, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.

What you’ll do:
- Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
- Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values
- Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs
- Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
- Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
