From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you will keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In return, we will give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

- Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
