The Customer Insights & Experience (CIX) Department is at the heart of driving customer centricity throughout the business. The Customer Insights team partners with departments across the business to explain what our customers and competitors think, feel and do.
In this role, you will not just be analysing data but answering important questions to provide strategic and commercial direction to Lidl GB. You will need to have excellent numerical and analytic skills and have a strong understanding of Lidl's everyday business in order to provide useful and valuable recommendations to stakeholders.
