Lidder Care is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and grow our home care service across Mansfield, Ashfield and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and trusted care group with over 30 years of experience, while playing a key role in the development of a growing domiciliary care service.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the Care Coordinator, Marketing Executive and wider Care Team, with responsibility for quality, compliance, team leadership and sustainable growth. The role includes:

  • Acting as the CQC Registered Manager
  • Leading the day-to-day running of the home care service
  • Maintaining full compliance and inspection readiness
  • Growing weekly care hours safely and sustainably
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities, NHS professionals and community partners
  • Embedding strong audit, supervision, governance and care review routines
  • Recruiting, leading and developing a stable, high-performing team

About you:

  • Leadership experience in domiciliary care, ideally as a Registered Manager
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, staffing and quality assurance
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
  • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to support service growth
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
