Lidar Lounge is looking for an experienced Co-ordinator to join a small and friendly team. Candidate must have strong organisation and communication skills as this job requires liaising with the Lidar Lounge team and a multitude of various clients and vendors across the world. As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be central to our operations—managing digital assets, tracking project progress, and acting as a key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors. This role requires a high level of precision, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where attention to detail and professionalism are key, while still enjoying a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Essential requirements:- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Experience with databases/spreadsheets - Monday.com, Shotgrid, Google Sheets
- Experience working in a post-production, VFX, or tech-focused environment
- Knowledge of data security protocols or handling sensitive digital assets
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and approachable!
- Coordinate with clients, VFX vendors, and internal teams to manage the flow of assets
- Track progress of 3D data across multiple productions
- Manage secure delivery of files and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain and organise production databases and digital asset management systems
- Support the development of streamlined workflows and operational improvements
- Oversee timelines and ensure production deadlines are met
- Contribute to the internal team environment, including helping coordinate occasional team events and reviews
