As Facilities Manager, you will have overall responsibility for both the fabric and operational systems of the building. You will develop and deliver a Planned Preventative Maintenance Strategy as well as contributing to planning for larger capital development projects. With a fundamental understanding of Health and Safety requirements, you will work alongside other members of the management team to deliver a safe, compliant and sustainable environment for both our customers and staff. You will be willing and able to work at both a strategic and practical level, including steering the overall facilities strategy, selecting and coordinating contractors and undertaking day-to-day maintenance tasks and small projects directly. You will have substantial previous experience of managing both the maintenance and compliance of a public building with considerable project-management skills. You will have experience of working with complex building-management systems and a true commitment to driving environmental sustainability.
