It is ideal for a Senior Sales professional with deep niche market expertise in industrial packaging, flexible packaging, or plastics manufacturing, ideally within FMCG supply chains.

The Role
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within your target markets
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of client relationships
- Demonstrate clear industry knowledge and awareness of market trends
- Identify changes in customer demand and industry direction to shape sales strategy
- Plan, manage, and organise your own sales pipeline and dayātoāday activity
- Share sales figures, forecasts, and new business plans with senior management and the National Sales Manager
About You
- Proven experience in industrial packaging, flexible packaging, or plastics manufacturing
- Strong B2B sales background, ideally within FMCG environments
- A confident selfāstarter with strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Highly organised and comfortable working autonomously
- Professional, credible, and approachable
