It is ideal for a Senior Sales professional with deep niche market expertise in industrial packaging, flexible packaging, or plastics manufacturing, ideally within FMCG supply chains.

The Role

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within your target markets
  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of client relationships
  • Demonstrate clear industry knowledge and awareness of market trends
  • Identify changes in customer demand and industry direction to shape sales strategy
  • Plan, manage, and organise your own sales pipeline and day‐to‐day activity
  • Share sales figures, forecasts, and new business plans with senior management and the National Sales Manager

About You

  • Proven experience in industrial packaging, flexible packaging, or plastics manufacturing
  • Strong B2B sales background, ideally within FMCG environments
  • A confident self‐starter with strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
  • Highly organised and comfortable working autonomously
  • Professional, credible, and approachable
