Payroll & Finance Administrator in Lichfield

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly organised and meticulous Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our team. In this key role, you will provide accurate, efficient, and confidential administration across the organisation\’s payroll and finance functions, ensuring full compliance with legislation and internal policies.

Working closely with the Payroll Officer and Finance Business Partner, you will help deliver customer-focused, results-driven services that support the company\’s financial performance and contribute to our continued growth. This role requires precision, discretion, and a collaborative approach to supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records in line with legislation, best practice, data protection requirements, and company procedures.
