The Joint Waste Service provides waste and recycling services to residents and businesses of both Tamworth and Lichfield from its depot located in Burntwood. The service is forever growing, therefore we have a range of vacancies for the post of Refuse and Recycling Loader. These posts are critical to the delivery of the service. You will be responsible for the safe and proper operation of our refuse vehicles and to deal with customer queries in a courteous manner. Health and safety of our teams and the public are our main priority.

Hours of work are 37 per week, made up of 4 days x 9.25-hour days. We take our safety standards seriously, therefore, we operate in excellent working conditions, providing the required PPE.
