Front of House Supervisor, Lichfield Cathedral Café

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our café team. In this role, you’ll lead by example on the floor, supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring the café runs smoothly day to day. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, motivating others, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, this could be the ideal job for you.
Hours: 35 hours
Holidays: 32 days per annum including Bank Holidays
Interviews: Wednesday 5th August 2026 (note anyone applying for the role, must be able to attend an interview on that date)
£26,389 per annum
