Early Years Educator
Immediate start available
We are expanding our current Nursery to include school holiday provision and need an Early Years Educator to join our friendly Junior School team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Manager to care for children throughout the school day, after school, and during holidays for 50 weeks per year at our Longdon site.
Responsibilities
Deliver an engaging programme of activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Implement EYFS principles and demonstrate relevant experience in applications.
Build, develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Contribute to wider aspects of school life and support the development of the Nursery’s facilities and resources.
Qualifications
Approved Level 3 qualification or above.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an early years setting.
Level 2 qualification in Maths or willingness to gain it within 2 years of starting the role.
Working Hours and Availability
The role is 5 days per week, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Flexibility is required as the Nursery grows, and the candidate may also support the \’Schools Out\’ Holiday club for Reception to Y6 children. The position can be term‑time only or all‑year round; state your preference in your application.
