On behalf of The Licenced Trade Charity, the School Receptionist role is a busy and varied role as the first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to Kennington School. The School Receptionist provides a calm, welcoming and professional service to visitors, including trustees, parents, children and staff.
This role requires good organisation, prioritisation and communication skills including the ability to manage calls and visitors at the same time. This role also includes administrative support as needed; experience with Microsoft Office is required.
The hours are Monday to Friday 12:00 to 17:00, 52 weeks per year. This is a part-time role including cover for the booked holiday of the morning receptionist, covering as and when required. A uniform is provided.
