Job Description

Part-time Morning Receptionist Anticipated Start Date September 2026Licensed Trade Charity operates across two core areas of impact: providing wellbeing and financial support to people working in licensed hospitality and delivering high-quality education through the LTC Education Group (LTCEG), the LTCs education arm.

LTCEG comprises five independent schools across the UK, providing outstanding education and pastoral care to children and young people.

Together, LTC and LTCEG are united by a shared mission: Transforming Lives, Unleashing Potential On behalf of The Licenced Trade Charity, the School Receptionist role is a busy and varied role as the first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to Kennington School.

The School Receptionist provides a calm, welcoming and professional service to visitors, including trustees, parents, children and staff.

This role requires good organisation, prioritisation and communication skills including the ability to manage calls and visitors at the same time.

This role also includes administrative support as needed, experience with Microsoft Office is required.

The hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 13:00, 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

This is a part-time role including cover for the booked holiday of the afternoon receptionist, covering as and when required.

A uniform is provided.
