As Principal of LVS Ascot, an all-ability independent day and boarding school for girls and boys aged 4–18 and part of the LTC Education Group (LTCEG), you will lead a well-established school with a strong sense of purpose and community. You will provide clear and ambitious leadership, shaping the school’s future while building on its heritage, and ensuring continued excellence in education, pastoral care, and operational performance.
As a dynamic and progressive leader, you will set the strategic direction for LVS Ascot, overseeing its day-to-day operations and long-term success. You will act as the public face of the school, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, while working closely with Trustees, Governing Bodies, and senior leaders to ensure effective governance and a motivated, high-performing team.
LVS Ascot sits within the LTC Education Group, the education arm of the Licensed Trade Charity (LTC), which provides outstanding education across five independent schools in the UK. Beyond education, LTC is a vital part of the licensed hospitality community, supporting significant numbers of people over its 230-year history. It is estimated that around 250,000 people working in pubs, bars, breweries, and the wine and spirits industries need support at any one time, with the Charity’s work funded through commercial operations, investments, and industry partnerships.
In this role, you will contribute to the wider success of LTC, supporting its strategic ambitions and strengthening its relationships across the sector. You will bring strong commercial and operational expertise, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven ability to deliver strategic vision, underpinned by sound knowledge of governance, finance, and performance management.
At LTC, we take responsibility and bring passion, care, pride, and honesty to everything we do. In return for your leadership, we offer an excellent salary, accommodation, pension, car, and benefits package, alongside the opportunity to lead an organisation that generates profits for good.
