Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant who is highly organised and reliable to provide administrative and governance support to the Chair of Governors and the Governing Boards for five schools. Responsibilities include supporting board meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking accurate minutes, maintaining governance records, and acting as a key point of contact for Governors. Ensuring meetings run smoothly and that the governing board operates efficiently and in line with governance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent personal assistant skills, including shorthand, organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in administrative or governance support desirable but not essential.
  • Full clean UK driver’s licence.

This is a full-time, 35 hours a week, 52 weeks a year role based at our LVS Ascot school. We offer flexible working, competitive salary & benefits package.
