LVS Ascot seeks a dynamic and outstanding Personal Development Leader to join their highly effective senior management team. This role is responsible for supporting the Teaching & Learning programme alongside the senior management team and monitoring the quality of provision and outcomes for pupils.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving excellence in classroom practice
- Leading and developing High Performance Learning (HPL) across the School
- Embedding a coherent blended learning approach that integrates digital and in-person pedagogy effectively
- Establishing clear guidance and best practice around the appropriate and ethical use of AI
