  • Build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, developers, housing associations, local authorities, principal contractors, façade contractors and approved installers to ensure Licata systems are specified at the earliest stages of a project.
  • Promote the technical and commercial benefits of Licata's EWI, render and façade systems through client meetings, site visits, CPD presentations, exhibitions and networking events.
  • Manage the complete specification pipeline, tracking projects from initial enquiry through specification, tender, order and completion to maximise conversion rates and revenue.
  • Work closely with the Technical Department to develop compliant system specifications that satisfy project requirements, Building Regulations, fire performance and client expectations.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of EWI, render and façade systems, including current legislation, Building Regulations, fire safety requirements and industry best practice.
  • Deliver engaging CPD presentations to architects, consultants, contractors and housing providers, increasing awareness of Licata's systems, technical expertise and service offering.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, positioning Licata Building Systems as the preferred specification partner for façade solutions.
  • Expand and support Licata's network of approved installers, providing ongoing commercial support, technical guidance and project opportunities.
  • Provide regular market intelligence by monitoring competitor activity, emerging market trends and new business opportunities to support the company's growth strategy.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, specification reports and pipeline updates to support effective business planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Lead commercial negotiations where required, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both customers and Licata Building Systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales, Technical, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless transition from specification through to project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to promote Licata's wider façade product portfolio, maximising project value through cross‑selling and integrated system solutions.
  • Represent Licata Building Systems professionally at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings, strengthening brand awareness and reinforcing the company's reputation as a leading manufacturer and supplier of façade systems.
  • Maintain accurate project information, customer records and sales activity within the company CRM system.

  • Proven track record of securing specifications through architects, consultants, local authorities, housing associations, developers, main contractors and specialist façade or approved installation contractors.
  • Experience working on both new-build and refurbishment projects with a thorough understanding of the specification sales process from concept through to project completion.
  • Experience managing a specification pipeline and developing long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across the construction industry.
