Quality Control Technician (Night Shift) Preston, Lancashire Permanent role We are working with a speciality chemicals company with a globally leading position in development of systems and products for a range of applications in building and transportation. They are present in over 100 countries around the world, employing over 30,000 people. They are seeking a Quality Control Technician in Preston. We are looking for a pro-active individual from a quality, R&D or related science laboratory background. Fast learner with a keen eye for detail. Work in a systematic and methodical manner undertaking the same task with the same precision each time. This is a shift-based role with working hours 10pm-6am. What you’ll do: Carrying out the day-to-day quality control processes within the operational and lab environments Ensure that raw material, in-process, and product testing is effectively, accurately, and promptly carried out using specified methods & accurately record results in SAP.
