We are seeking a reliable, practical, and proactive Site Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and smooth running of our purpose-built GP practice. Working within a busy primary care environment supporting approximately 5,060 staff across 24 consultation rooms and associated office spaces, this role is central to ensuring the premises are safe, well-maintained, and fit for purpose. There will also be an element of responsibility relating to cleaning services. The practice currently uses an external cleaning contractor, and the Site Supervisor will be expected to help manage this contract, support quality assurance, and step in to carry out or coordinate deep cleans and cover during periods of sickness or absence. Over time, there is an ambition for this role to support the development of a more in-house cleaning model, and the post holder would be involved in helping to shape and implement this approach.
