My client based in Spalding is looking for an automotive business manager to join their team. This role will include leading a team of Sales Executives to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance sales profitability. Responsibilities include driving sales of finance products, supporting sales strategy development, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate has management experience in a car showroom or as a senior sales executive. To be successful in this role you will have:
- A proven track record as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Manager within the automotive industry. Alternatively, a Senior Sales Executive with skills and experience which demonstrates readiness for a promotional step.
- Good financial and commercial understanding.
