My Client based in Kings Lynn is looking for a Service Administrator to join their team. This role will be mainly registering service calls and dealing with all customer enquiries as well as allocating work to Engineers.
Day to day responsibilities of the Service Administrator include:
- Cost and complete engineers worksheet on completion of service call.
- Process incoming invoices – checking rates/Warranty.
- Raising invoices for chargeable work.
- Checking Monitors.
- Assisting with Accrual.
- Supporting Call Handlers.
- Recovery of chargeable warranty costs.
- Cross charging costs where appropriate.
- Update on a daily basis customer Portals with invoice information.
- Adding engineer’s worksheets to Siclops.
- Register service calls/emails.
- Allocate and distribute fosters engineers work.
- Allocate service calls to service partners.
- Order parts and issue quotes for repair work.
- Confirming parts on site.
- Checking Engineers Schedules to ensure they have work.
For the Service Administrator position my client is offering a basic Salary as well as additional company benefits, including a market leading pension scheme and holiday allowance. The working hours for the Service Administrator is Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 17.00pm. Please note the Service Administrator role is office based. Free parking on site.
