Our client Based in Kings Lynn is looking for a Part Time Warehouse Administrator to join their Team. The hours for the Part Time Warehouse Administrator role are Monday to Friday 10.00am till 14.30pm. Please note this role is a fixed term contract covering Maternity leave. The contract will run to November 2026. Responsibilties of the Part Time Warehouse Administrator role are: * Carrying out administrative tasks that support moving, picking and packing palletised product and spare parts and collection or delivery of goods. * Monitor and react to emails from the commercial teams and carry out necessary changes to documents. * Overseeing all Export Shipments – Processing Shipments * Preparing commercial invoices for Export orders and saving/scanning export documentation. * Assist with creating/printing pick runs * Gather metrics and data relating to the warehouse operations. * Conduct stocktakes of products as per requested by Manager. * Assist with Invoicing. * Producing Courier quotes. * Processing end of day manifests. * Confirming Warehouse Shipments (UK and Export). * Take active part in product and process continuous improvement activities. * Accept cross training when offered to ensure full flexibility and professional potential is realised. * Ensure allocated work requirements are met. Advise Supervisor or Warehouse Manager of problems preventing operational requirements being met. Our client is offering a basic salary for the Part Time Warehouse Administrator position as well as a fantastic benefits package, including a market leading pension scheme and holiday allowance. The company also offers free onsite parking for employees. Please note the Administrator position is a Fixed Term Contract role.
