My client based in Kings Lynn is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team. As one of the UK’s Largest Manufacturing companies in their field, my client is known for investing in their employees and supporting employee development and offer long-term career opportunities.

To be considered for the Operations Administrator role you will have previous experience in an Admin role and have preferably worked with ERP systems previously. Experience working in Manufacturing is favourable.

Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator role are:

  • Be flexible to perform activities in accordance with given requirements including:
  • Monitor and react to emails and carry out necessary changes to documents.
  • Process disposal documentation.
  • Book out stock produced (if needed).
  • Raising and receipting of purchase orders as required.
  • Provide ERP system support, process system queries.
  • Complete administration tasks for Operations Management.
  • Suggest improvements to processes and systems to create operational efficiencies.
  • Gather metrics and data relating to the operations areas.
  • Timely completion of all HMRC related documents for retention.
  • Ensure allocated work requirements are met. Advise Warehouse Manager of problems preventing Operational requirements being met.

To be considered for the Operations Administrator role you must have the following:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good MS Excel skills.
  • NAV ERP experience.
  • Ability to collect or create accurate data to make decisions.
  • Be process and customer focussed, the next process is the customer.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with peer group and wider business departments.

Working hours for the Operations Administrator role are 8.30am till 17.00pm, Monday to Friday. As well the basic salary my client is offering a market leading pension scheme and 25 days holiday per year.
