My Client based in Spalding is looking to recruit a Master Vehicle Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Master Vehicle Technician to join their service department. The ideal candidate will be able to carry out a variety of tasks ranging from routine maintenance, servicing and repairs. As a Master Vehicle Technician your key responsibilities will be: * Accurately and skilfully undertake diagnosis, repairs and servicing of motor vehicles to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification. * Ensure full understanding of latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and how to diagnose and repair faults on them. * Meet with customers to identify and clearly understand problems as and when required. * Work with other departments in the retailer to facilitate the servicing and repair of vehicles * Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair * Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines * Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction * Help retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency The successful candidate will be able to diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnostic equipment, carry out inspections to VOSA standards, service, maintain and repair vehicles. Complete all paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner, working as a team with your colleagues to ensure vehicle jobs are completed to the required time and standards and be able to work on your own initiative as well. The salary for the Master Vehicle Technician is £35 000 to £40 000 and is based on experience. My client is recruitng for both Vehicle Technician roles and Master Technicians.
