With multiple locations across London as well as concessions in John Lewis across the country, our client is a well-established premium retailer looking to expand their team in Kings Road, London. They are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor with experience working in premium or luxury retail to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a good knowledge of store product
  • Deliver excellent customer service via email, telephone and face to face in store
  • Drive store sales and meet store targets and KPI’s
  • Deal with customer returns
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in store
  • Communicate customer feedback to buying team
