My client based in Romford is looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join their team. They are looking for someone who is customer-focused, able to build good rapport, and is confident enough to upsell and close deals in a busy and fast-paced dealership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain full product knowledge to ensure a seamless sales process.
  2. Upsell and recommend additional products.
  3. Confidently close deals.
  4. Build rapport with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Work to and meet all KPI\’s.
  6. Perform administrative duties.

Skills Required:

  1. Previous customer service experience is required.
  2. Sales experience is not essential as full training is provided.
  3. Strong organizational skills.
  4. Able to build good relationships with potential clients.
