Vei învăţa direct de la specialişti şi vei descoperi, în mod practic, cum se construieşte o relaţie solidă cu clienţii Persoane Juridice sau Persoane Fizice din domeniul bancar. Nu este necesară experienţa! Îţi oferim noi toate cunoştinţele necesare, însă este important să ai studii superioare finalizate şi permis de conducere categoria B, iar atitudinea, energia şi dorinţa de performanţă sunt elementele care vor face diferenţa.
Salariul de încadrare pentru rolul de RM Trainee este de 5000 lei BRUT.
Despre job:
- Presupune program full-time timp de 1 lună, de luni până vineri, în intervalul 09:00 – 17:30;
- Vei dobândi experienţă practică de învăţare, bazată pe interacţiuni reale cu clienţii şi exerciţii de tip role-play (learning by doing);
- Vei avea parte de un training structurat, care acoperă: tehnici de vânzare şi negociere, comunicare şi relaţionare eficientă cu clienţii, produse şi procese bancare, noţiuni de analiză financiară, operaţiuni şi aspecte juridice;
- Vei primi îndrumare constantă şi feedback din partea trainerilor şi a echipei de Vânzări;
- Ai posibilitatea de a continua pe rolul de Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), după finalizarea academiei în funcţie de rezultatele avute pe parcursul Academiei.
