Role Overview
We are seeking a Developer to join our growing Solutions team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a consultancy, interfacing directly with clients in creating bespoke solutions for performance improvement challenges. Embedded within our consulting team, you will help translate complex customer needs into standalone technology solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business systems. The role will encompass:
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions that drive operational improvements.
- Solution Development: Build impactful web applications using React.js, VS Code, and Next.js, leveraging AI tools to deliver solutions faster than traditional development approaches.

- System Integration: Develop solutions that seamlessly integrate with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and other existing client platforms.

Requirements
- Familiarity with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
