We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Wholesale Fabrics Commercial team in our Head Office, supporting both our Fashion and Drapery Divisions. This is a role at the heart of our fabrics business, combining proactive sales support with thoughtful commercial planning – two things Liberty has always done with care and intention.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the end-to-end processing and management of sales orders through our ERP system.
- Managing the order book and keeping customers and the sales team informed every step of the way.
- Coordinating logistics with our third-party warehouse to ensure smooth, timely fulfilment.
- Building strong working relationships with Sales Managers and Agents to provide exceptional sales administration support.
- Playing an active role in trade shows, sales meetings and the production of selling tools.
- Growing your knowledge of Liberty's fabric collections as our product offering continues to evolve.
What We Would Love to See:
- Proven experience in a similar sales coordination or sales support role.
- A solid understanding of supply chain processes, from production through to customer fulfilment.
- Strong ERP systems experience.
- A background in wholesale fashion textiles: fabrics, accessories, trims, raw materials or components.
- Confidence across MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Technical knowledge of fabrics and textiles would be a wonderful plus.
- A genuine appreciation for Liberty's heritage and the craftsmanship that defines us.
