This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to step into a key leadership position within our team. You’ll take ownership of transactional finance operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across processes. Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day transactional finance activity, including Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with internal policies
- Manage, mentor, and support a small finance team
- Produce and review timely, accurate financial reports
- Work collaboratively across the business to improve processes and efficiency
- Monitor cash flow and contribute to forecasting and planning
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure accounts are reconciled effectively
- Drive improvements across finance operations and systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Transactional Finance Manager (or similar) role
- Strong background across AP/AR and financial operations
- Good understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance
- Confident user of finance systems and tools
