Liberty London is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Intern to join our Fabrics Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s most iconic brands, supporting the creation and delivery of trade marketing tools, events, and materials that showcase Liberty’s renowned fabrics to global partners.
As a Trade Marketing Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our marketing assets, samples, and selling tools are produced and delivered on time, while assisting with events, digital platforms, and showroom management. This hands-on role will give you exposure to multiple areas of trade marketing within a luxury heritage brand.
Key responsibilities
SELLING TOOLS PRODUCTION COORDINATION
- Fabrics orders management
- Support with selling tools and POS production
- Liaise with other departments to support with production requirements
- Help maintain production schedules and critical path timelines
- Communicate with suppliers and factories to support with production requirements
BACK OFFICE
- Help in keeping the digital platforms up to date
- Support in coordinating the Fabrics photoshoots
- Support with London showroom and office management
- Help with assets and digital tool kits for Liberty sales team
- Help managing digital assets
TRADE SHOWS AND EVENTS
- Help with trade show organisation and set-up
- Help maintaining critical path and deadlines
- Support with events organisation
