Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of Β£26,208 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities for this Tenant Liaison Officer will include :
- Provide a high-quality service by liaising between the client, tenant & Liberty staff
- Understanding tenant requirements
- Support the reduction in complaints
- Support customers, particularly any vulnerable customers
- Manage client relationships to engage on access procedures, installation programmes and community engagement
