Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Stylist to join our team in Swadlincote.

Working closely with the Styling Manager, you will work across womenswear, menswear, accessory, styling and additional third-party product/model shoots.

In this role, you will be a creative and innovative stylist with a strong understanding of the Liberty brand identity and customer, while driving performance and consistency across all model imagery.

This role requires strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the confidence to manage styling tasks independently while contributing positively to a fast-paced studio environment.

You will be inspiring and confident, whilst also bringing a positive and enthusiastic energy to the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create outfits for menswear, womenswear and accessory ecommerce shoots.
  • Maintain a well-organized styling kit and styling wardrobe.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all imagery meets standards and requirements for both Liberty and the individual brands creative vision.
  • Work with Styling Manager and Buying teams to create and maintain consistent guidelines for individual brands to ensure imagery accurately represent both the Liberty and individual brand customer.
  • Prepare garments for shoots and ensure pieces are returned in an excellent condition.
  • Create Styling decks for approval by Styling Manager when rail walks are not possible.
  • Strike a good balance between hitting targets and creative flare to ensure that no more than 2% of images are reshot per week.
  • Work with the Styling Manager on sessional trend presentations.
  • Participate in collaborate sessions for new concepts and ideas for shoots.
  • Provide support for the Styling Manager when required – QC shoots, book models, plan shoot list, providing guidance for freelancers, training new stylists.
  • Style Still Life shoots when required.
  • Support the wider studio team when required.

About You

  • 3+ years experience in an Ecommerce photography studio or editorial styling role.
  • Previous mentoring or line management experience, with the proven ability to support, lead and work well as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and work well with tight deadlines.
  • A solid understanding of luxury brands and their customers.
  • Strong work ethic and an exceptional attention to detail.
  • A portfolio of previous work is essential.
