Our Sales Managers are ambassadors of our brand and custodians of the shop floor experience. With a refined commercial mindset and a deep appreciation for luxury retail, you will lead with presence, purpose and passion. You will inspire exceptional standards of service, cultivate high-performing teams and ensure our customers experience a level of care, knowledge and personal attention synonymous with true luxury.

Operating within a dynamic and ever-evolving environment, you will balance commercial performance with artistry, service excellence and brand integrity. Please note, this is a one-year fixed term contract ending in April 2027.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-calibre team of sales professionals.
  • Create a culture of excellence, engagement and pride in service.
  • Deliver thoughtful, tailored coaching and training on product knowledge, storytelling and service standards.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the wider business.
  • Drive sales performance through a considered and strategic approach to targets and KPIs.
  • Motivate and reward success, while coaching individuals to continuously elevate their performance.
  • Oversee floor moves in alignment with brand direction, sell-through and visual excellence.
  • Provide insightful weekly trade feedback, sharing client insights, successes and opportunities for growth.
  • Champion clientelling and the Liberty Loyalty programme, nurturing long-term client relationships and delivering a highly personalised, personal-shopper-level experience.
  • Conduct regular floor walks to ensure impeccable standards across the shop floor, stockroom and team presentation.
  • Uphold the highest standards of stock integrity, loss prevention and administrative accuracy.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in stock takes, ensuring precision and accountability.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within a fashion environment.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury marketplace, customer expectations and current trends.
  • A refined eye for visual presentation and an appreciation for craftsmanship and detail.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to plan strategically and run departments profitably year-round.
  • Confident leading and developing high-performing teams with a considered, inspiring leadership style.
  • Experienced in delivering exceptional, personalised service and building long-term client relationships.
