This role would suit someone with a strong interest in British fashion heritage, the arts, and culture. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for exploring fashion and cultural history. Whether your background is in fashion design, fabrics, the arts, history, or simply a love for the arts, your enthusiasm and knowledge will be highly valued in this role.
The purpose of this role is to provide customers with a personable, knowledgeable, and luxury level of customer service. All sales opportunities to be maximised to achieve and strive to exceed own, team, and store KPI’s & targets. To work as part of the team supporting peers, seniors, and new starters. Represents the Liberty brand through behaviour, actions, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Service for Sales: Provides service excellence to maximise sales
- Is visible on the floor
- Acknowledges all customers to the department
- Engages with customers by approaching them and initiating conversation
- Asks open-ended questions to establish customer needs
- Confidently demonstrates product knowledge
- Maximises sale by offering additional products and services
- Overcomes objections by offering alternatives
- Operates till efficiently
- Informs customer of current events and promotions
- Takes every opportunity to promote and open Liberty Loyalty Card
- Takes personal responsibility for ensuring customer problems are resolved
- Creates further selling opportunities by taking customer details and contacting them to give them a reason to return
Standards:
- Creates the environment to give the customer the best shopping experience
- Ensure fixtures are fully stocked with a balance of sizes and range
- Checks stock to ensure it is currently ticketed and security tagged
- Prepares for the day by dusting and cleaning fixtures
- Monitors fitting room throughout the day to ensure it is welcoming for every customer
- Keeps stockroom tidy and organised
- Attends to deliveries within the day of arrival
- Keeps till area tidy and free of unnecessary clutter
- Keeps till areas stocked with tissue paper and bags
- Adheres to dress code and is well-groomed to represent the luxury brand
