Role Overview
Join Liberty and support the end-to-end development of our own-brand accessories, across both hard and soft categories, from concept through to production handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product development across hard and soft accessories, hitting Critical Path timelines
- Track proto samples, salesman samples and approvals
- Coordinate daily with suppliers and factories, ensuring design, margin and technical standards are met
- Maintain development trackers, BOMs and product data
- Support sourcing, supplier onboarding and shipment/sample logistics
- Collaborate closely with Design, PD Manager, CBM and Production
- Contribute to category reviews and development meetings
About You
- Previous experience in Product Development within accessories: leather goods and soft accessories
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple developments at once
- Confident supplier management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness, including costings, MOQs and margins
- Proficient in Excel and development tracking systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
