Liberty Fabrics has long held a special place in the quilting world. Our prints have found their way into the hands of makers across every tradition, from English paper piecers to modern minimalists, from heritage quilters working by hand to digital-age designers composing entirely on screen. We're looking for someone to deepen that relationship.

This is a role for a quilter who is also a strategist. Someone who understands instinctively how a print behaves in a quilt and who can shape a collection from the earliest concept stage, working alongside our designers, archivists and commercial team to make sure great Liberty design becomes great quilting product.

You'll own our quilting collection vision across continuity, novelty and blenders. You'll build out full collection worlds — patterns, kits, binding, bias tape. You'll represent Liberty at key trade shows in the UK and USA, and act as a genuine bridge between our creative world and the quilting community it serves. Our key quilting markets are the UK, USA and Europe, and we'd love to hear from candidates with roots in one or more of those communities. Location is flexible.

If this sounds like the role you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you. Liberty is proud to be an equal opportunities employer and opposes all forms of unlawful discrimination. We are committed to creating an environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive, bringing their unique perspectives, skills and experience to everything we do. We are dedicated to eliminating both conscious and unconscious bias from our practices. Our approach is grounded in respect, fairness, and consistency, ensuring that no one is treated less favourably based on gender, race, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, or any other protected characteristic.
