Your Role:
- Carry out full house replastering, diagnose and complete plaster patching in small areas
- Identify and repair plaster defects, ensuring all necessary preparation and finishing work is completed to a high standard
- Communicate effectively with customers when carrying out work, considering their needs and preferences
- Carrying out duties in line with Liberty's Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Customer Service, and Performance Policies
What We Need from You:
- A recognised apprenticeship and relevant qualification (NVQ Level 2/3) in plastering
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled plasterer, competent in all aspects of the trade
- Experience in plastering and tiling for bathroom and wet room replacements
- Ability to carry out additional multi-skilled trades, including joinery and tiling
- A valid CSCS Card
- Asbestos awareness training
- A full UK driving license
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
- Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
- Ability to manage your time and workload independently
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
- Ownership of a full set of tools
- Experience working within a social housing environment (desirable)
