Your Role:

  • Carry out full house replastering, diagnose and complete plaster patching in small areas
  • Identify and repair plaster defects, ensuring all necessary preparation and finishing work is completed to a high standard
  • Communicate effectively with customers when carrying out work, considering their needs and preferences
  • Carrying out duties in line with Liberty's Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Customer Service, and Performance Policies

What We Need from You:

  • A recognised apprenticeship and relevant qualification (NVQ Level 2/3) in plastering
  • Proven experience as a multi-skilled plasterer, competent in all aspects of the trade
  • Experience in plastering and tiling for bathroom and wet room replacements
  • Ability to carry out additional multi-skilled trades, including joinery and tiling
  • A valid CSCS Card
  • Asbestos awareness training
  • A full UK driving license
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
  • Ability to manage your time and workload independently
  • A solid understanding of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
  • Ownership of a full set of tools
  • Experience working within a social housing environment (desirable)
