Job Purpose: You'll act as the essential link between the Fabrics design team and the graphics function, serving as a brand gatekeeper to ensure consistency and quality across every output. Working closely with the Studio Co-ordinator, Art Director, and Commercial team, you'll translate creative direction into polished, production-ready assets that support Liberty Fabrics' wholesale growth strategy. This role has a primary reporting line into the Liberty Fabrics Commercial team, with dotted lines into Graphics and Design. You will need to be someone who thrives working across multiple teams and can hold your own in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do:
- Working daily with the Studio Co-ordinator to prioritise and deliver artwork on time
- Communicating projects to the Art Director for approval and brand guidance
- Taking a broad, organised view of all graphics deadlines across the business
- Contributing to the annual critical path alongside Design and Commercial teams
- Coordinating yearly graphics production with the Trade Marketing department
- Creating and managing selling tools across Liberty Fabrics collections
- Liaising with external suppliers on all graphics and print matters
- Building presentations for the internal sales team and external customers
- Supporting the Commercial team with visual representation of sales data and analysis
What We're Looking For:
- At least five years' experience as an Artworker in a fast-paced graphics or creative studio
- Advanced, in-depth knowledge of Adobe CC — Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- A thorough understanding of print processes and artwork requirements
- Experience managing studio workflows, file systems, and folder structures
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to organisation
- A strong eye for typography and layout
- Confident communicator, comfortable collaborating across multiple departments
- A plus: Experience in on and offline trade marketing assets
- Digital, motion, animation, or 3D skills
- Multilingual ability
Beyond the technical skills, we're looking for someone who is genuinely collaborative, flexible, and positive. You'll bring a can-do attitude to everything you do, a drive for excellence in every asset that leaves the studio, and the focus to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
